Waverley Country Club is a company wholly owned by Becton. Becton will build and then manage Waverley Country Club and be involved in every aspect of the operation of all the facilities, the activities, maintenance of the buildings and grounds, running of the restaurant/cafe and assisting the residents in every way they can.
The Clubhouse at Waverley Country Club will include a cafe/restaurant, sitting room, private dining room, swimming pool, gym, activities room, library, business centre and hairdresser.
You will receive a one year introductory membership to Waverley Bowls Club and a three year social membership to the Waverley Golf Club. Both the Waverley Bowls Club and Waverley Golf Club are right next door.
At Waverley Country Club you can choose to do as much or as little as you wish. There will be numerous clubs organised and run by residents such as travel and walking clubs, drama or bridge clubs.
Yes, meals will be available. There will be a choice of dining options from the restaurant at the Clubhouse. There is a separate dining room available for private dinner parties. For more relaxed eating there is the cafe/bar for a casual drink. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated.
